Production vs Delivery times

We do our best to produce as soon as possible (usually 1-2 days) though for large order these times might increase slightly.
Delivery times start after manufacturing.

UK untracked 1st Class takes 1-5 working days on average (and in busy times up to 15 working days)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 advises they aim to deliver next day on average and can take up to 10 working days.
UK next working day delivery is the best guaranteed option.

International delivery usually arrive within 1 week on average. Additional shipping info can here found 'HERE'.

Sustainability

At Milleneeon we have a vision! We want to reduce landfill through responsible end-to-end production and increase consciousness of sustainability & eco-friendliness of our customers.

Made to Order - We only start making your item(s) once you have placed your order. We hold no stock, nor do we produce products beyond need. This means that nothing needs to be burned to keep our brand value.

Local Production - We make everything here in the UK, all in one facility. This means we keep our carbon footprint low as our only shipping costs for your custom product is to you.

Sustainable Production - We have a water-free manufacturing and printing process and our inks are eco-friendly. We have no gas supplied to our premises at all.

Sustainable Products - We are always increasing our offering, and currently have a range of 100% vegan, natural and organic products as well as items that we produce from recycled material. We source from the EU where possible and use FSC certified materials.

Waste Management - We stopped shipping our fabric waste to be added to landfill and instead decided to offer the fabric remnants free to crafters and DIY-ers who wanted a creative challenge. The offcuts then get repurposed and some of the results have been amazing.

#whomademyclothes

Of course, you want to know who made your clothes. We want you to know, it’s important to us too. All our items are produced in a single facility in London, UK. No nasty sweatshops and no horrible surprises. We ensure the best possible working conditions for our staff and do our best to make sure that they are happy at work.

How do you produce my items so quickly?

One of the great assets you get with us is our ability to work quickly and efficiently. All our manufacturing is in one place and that means no sending of your work to 3rd parties, no supply chain delays, and a far higher ability to maintain QC standards. It also means we can manage our own workflow well. Generally, our products are made and dispatched within a couple of days.

These fabrics comply with Fire Safety test, and can be safely used for window dressings and upholstery in domestic and non-domestic uses.

Colour Fastness & Abrasion Tests

ISO 12947:1998

What does this mean?! It means this a is a great fabric for high volume, high wear areas, such as a family sofa, an upholstered chair, contract use in public areas etc. The test results show that after the fabric has been rubbed 40,000 times (yes 40,000) it does not degrade significantly. Meaning 40,000 bums can sit on your fabric, and it will look pretty much as good as the day you bought it!
